Job Summary

The Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer will focus on expanding business opportunities, sustaining customer relationships, and promoting sales growth by providing technical and commercial solutions to clients in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in assigned markets and territories.
• Convert leads into long-term customers through client engagement.
• Perform client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
• Meet and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
• Interpret customer requirements to suggest appropriate technical solutions.
• Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and support.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales, engineering sales, or project sales with proven sales achievements.
• Strong knowledge of technical and engineering products and solutions.
• Excellent skills in sales, negotiation, and presentations.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Nice to haves

• Experience in construction, MEP, fuel & gas systems, industrial equipment, energy, or engineering solutions sales.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
• Possession of a transferable Iqama.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
