Job Summary

This role involves leading the design and implementation of enterprise customer engagement platforms using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for large organizations. It requires both technical expertise and client interaction to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders to gather objectives and requirements.
• Define comprehensive target architectures across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions balancing configuration, low-code, and custom development.
• Document architectural decisions including fit-gap analysis, environment strategy, data model, and security design.
• Design Dataverse data models, security architecture, and data migration strategies from legacy CRM systems.
• Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise platforms using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and event-driven patterns.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, including design/code reviews and ALM practices using Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines.
• Advise clients on platform roadmap, licensing, and adoption best practices.

Must haves

• 10+ years in enterprise technology with at least 6 years architecting on Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream Dynamics 365 implementations end to end.
• Experience in consulting or systems integration delivering enterprise client projects in a client-facing role.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse including data modeling, security, business process flows, plugins, and Web API.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance including environments, DLP policies, and CoE approach.
• Solid skills in Azure integration technologies such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Synapse Link / Microsoft Fabric.

Nice to haves

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) or Dynamics 365 functional certifications.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Omnichannel, or Field Service at scale.
• Experience in regulated or public-sector industries like financial services, government, or telecoms.
