Job Summary

The Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer leads the QA strategy throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring quality in both manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications, including AI-driven testing enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy from planning to product release.
• Work with Product Managers and Engineers to embed quality in Agile processes.
• Create, run, and maintain manual and automated tests for web and mobile platforms.
• Use AI-powered testing tools to enhance automation, coverage, and defect detection.
• Validate AI-generated test cases, scripts, and outcomes for accuracy.
• Manage functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
• Track defects, improve QA frameworks, and monitor quality metrics.
• Mentor QA team members and promote continuous improvement in testing and release quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Software QA or Quality Engineering.
• Experience with manual and automated testing for web and mobile (iOS and Android).
• Experience with AI-powered QA tools and validating AI-generated tests and automation scripts.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing.
• Experience with SQL Server (MS SQL), REST APIs, and Postman.
• Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of .NET applications is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with interest in AI-driven quality engineering.
