Job Summary

The Technical Consultant collaborates closely with clients to understand their technical environments and deliver tailored, advanced solutions. The role involves implementing complex system designs, resolving technical issues, and providing proactive support under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their technical setups and offer customized recommendations aligned with their strategic goals.
• Develop detailed design documentation, system architectures, configuration plans, and testing frameworks to ensure scalable solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems using advanced analysis and root cause investigation.
• Create comprehensive documentation and support procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Contribute to the organization’s knowledge base by documenting best practices and standardized processes.
• Apply configuration management and version control methods to maintain accuracy and reliability in deployments.
• Conduct thorough health checks on customer systems to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate client feedback into product and service improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in Technical Consulting, Customer Support, Healthcare Industry, or equivalent.
• Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and no prior experience are also considered.
