Job Summary

This role involves understanding business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements to support IT solutions for Corporate Functions including HR, Legal, and ESG. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders and IT teams throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main IT liaison for Corporate Functions such as HR, Legal, and ESG.
• Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand priorities and challenges.
• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and technology use.
• Gather and analyze requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Document current and future business processes and translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to design, evaluate, and implement solutions.
• Support testing activities including UAT and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain documentation, manage change control, and support IT governance and reporting.

Requirements

• Strong skills in business analysis and requirements management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in process mapping and improvement.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, integrations, and SaaS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar IT roles.
• Experience with Corporate Functions such as HR, Legal, ESG, or Finance.
• Familiarity with Agile or traditional project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and facilitate workshops.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and technology vendors.
