Job Summary

The Chief Growth Officer – Co Founder is a part-time, on-site position in Riyadh responsible for leading sustainable growth and market expansion of Excellence Pro. The role involves developing and implementing growth strategies to establish the platform as a top solution for corporate excellence aligned with national and global frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth strategies including sales, partnerships, and go-to-market plans.
• Set revenue and growth targets for the company.
• Lead sales and business development teams.
• Collaborate with marketing on brand positioning and demand generation campaigns.
• Build strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Work with the founding team on product-market fit, pricing, and customer success.
• Contribute to fundraising discussions and long-term scaling plans.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management including pipeline development and deal closing.
• Robust Business Development skills including partnership building and market expansion.
• Marketing and Digital Marketing skills including brand positioning and performance-based campaigns.
• Experience in growth leadership roles within SaaS, B2B technology, or enterprise solutions, preferably in GCC or MENA.
• Proven ability to set and achieve aggressive growth targets with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English required, Arabic beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; entrepreneurial or co-founder experience is a plus.
