أخصائي سريري (Clinical Specialist, Spark KSA & South Africa)

Job Summary

This role provides clinical and technical support to orthodontists in KSA and South Africa, focusing on the Clear Aligner SPARK system and related digital orthodontic products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training, education, onboarding, and technical assistance for SPARK, IOS, and other Ormco products.
• Identify and solve complex technical issues with digital products to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Confirm correct design and material selection for customized dental products.
• Conduct Spark aligner and ODB onboarding sessions both onsite and remotely for new and existing doctors.
• Arrange technical follow-ups with doctors as needed.
• Support customers via phone, CRM, email, Teams, or onsite/remote visits.
• Engage with customers regarding any product defects.
• Provide IOS demonstrations and onboarding at dental practices.

Responsibilities (continued)

• Record and report issues and communications efficiently in the CRM system.
• Travel with sales teams to support customers and participate in dental shows and events.
• Travel within the region for market, clinic, and group activities, comprising 50% of full-time work.
• Offer technical support for software and web products in the digital portfolio.
• Collect and communicate product improvement suggestions to the Product team.
• Maintain internal knowledge resources such as articles, SOPs, and templates.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to provide effective customer support.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements

• Must hold a dental certification as a dentist or orthodontist.
• Experience in the dental or orthodontic industry, including knowledge of digital workflows and manufacturing processes.
• Preferably experienced in clinical roles involving Intra-Oral Scanners, digital design software, 3D printing, and digital dentistry.
• Technologically proficient with IT literacy in Windows, MAC, MS Office, and remote support tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to understand technical user needs.
• Proactive, self-reliant, with a customer and team-oriented approach.
• Logical, creative, and enthusiastic thinker.
• Willingness to travel and eligibility to obtain a driving license.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
