Job Summary

This role involves implementing and supporting supply chain solutions using Dynamics 365 F&O, analyzing business needs, and working with clients and technical teams to enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap assessments to suggest functional solutions.
• Configure modules including Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, and Sales and Marketing.
• Create functional documentation such as BRDs, FDDs, and process flows.
• Work with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and resolving issues.
• Assist with data migration, functional testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training, support during go-live, and post-implementation assistance.
• Coordinate with project managers to deliver quality results on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain.
• Experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, sales, and supply chain processes.
• Strong understanding of core supply chain modules, workflows, and approval processes.
• Familiarity with data entities and the Data Management Framework.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to haves

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management, Master Planning, Production Control, or Power Platform.
