Job Summary
The Associate Analyst in Business Development will support Mastercard’s Services Business Development team by identifying and advancing business opportunities, conducting research, and collaborating across teams to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to find growth opportunities
- Support creation of client proposals, presentations, and business cases
- Analyze sales pipeline, revenue, and business metrics to provide insights and recommendations
- Assist with opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Consulting, Finance, and Delivery teams
- Prepare materials for customer meetings, business reviews, and leadership updates
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects to grow Mastercard’s Services business
- Develop understanding of payments ecosystem, financial services, and Mastercard’s products
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation between June 2026 and August 2027
- Available to start on 1st September 2027
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
- High-energy, can-do attitude with strong ownership sense
