Job Summary

The Technical Product & Project Manager at Fekra AI in Amman leads the full lifecycle of live production products by aligning business vision, user needs, and technical execution. This role involves managing product roadmaps, project delivery, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure quality and timely releases.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the Product Backlog and Roadmap according to executive vision.
• Convert business and user requirements into User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and detailed feature specs.
• Analyze workflows, third-party RESTful API integrations, OCR processes, and external service flows.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation, system workflows, and technical specifications.
• Manage Agile/Scrum processes including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Reviews.
• Decompose project scope into Epics, Tasks, and Subtasks using Jira.
• Identify and resolve project risks, technical dependencies, and bottlenecks to keep release schedules on track.
• Coordinate release cycles for production-ready features and system improvements.
• Collaborate with Frontend, Backend, Automation, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of project scope and criteria.
• Work with QA to define testing scope, prioritize bug fixes, and ensure high-quality deliverables before release.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and handovers across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical PM, Product Owner, or Technical Delivery Lead in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree or strong background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong understanding of modern web application architecture, RESTful APIs, Python ecosystem (Django/FastAPI), React, and system integrations.
• Hands-on expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, specifically Jira.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into structured technical specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
