Job Summary
The Pre-Sales Engineer supports the Sales team by engaging in technical discussions and designing tailored IT and Security solutions for customers. The role involves preparing technical proposals and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure solution feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team during technical discussions and customer presentations.
- Analyze customer needs to create customized IT and Security solutions.
- Develop technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to confirm the technical viability of solutions.
- Deliver technical training and support to both Sales staff and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience as a pre-sales engineer or in a similar technical sales position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and Security systems.
- Strong skills in presentations and interpersonal communication.
- Capability to translate technical solutions into business advantages.
