Job Summary

This role involves providing customer service support in both French and English, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting contractual performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service that meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Clarify and understand customer needs, using decision-support tools to resolve issues.
• Listen carefully to customers, show empathy, and build rapport.
• Greet customers professionally following agreed procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Accurately document work and update customer accounts as needed.
• Engage in activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.
• Offer additional products or services to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient or bilingual in French and English.
• Strong computer navigation and PC skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
• Comfortable with repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Patient and professional in all customer interactions.
• Willingness to rotate shifts as required.
