Job Summary

Seeking a Sales Engineer with technical and sales expertise in designing, pricing, and executing woodwork projects, capable of converting client inquiries into contracts and sales.

Responsibilities

• Receive clients referred by the company and understand their needs.
• Meet clients and visit sites to take measurements.
• Create 3D designs and technical drawings.
• Offer suitable solutions and designs and persuade clients.
• Price kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, wall claddings, wooden partitions, and custom furniture.
• Prepare quotations and calculate quantities and costs.
• Negotiate with clients and close deals.
• Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities until contract signing.
• Coordinate with factory, production, and installation teams.
• Update client data and sales stages in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in woodwork and interior decorations.
• Experience in project pricing, quantity calculation, and preparing quotations.
• Excellent knowledge of MDF, Melamine, Veneer, Plywood, HPL, and carpentry accessories.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp or 3ds Max.
• Ability to prepare 3D designs and read execution plans.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
• Valid driving license.

What the company offers

• Basic salary between 5,000 and 6,500 SAR monthly, depending on experience.
• Monthly sales target of 150,000 SAR.
• 1% commission on collected sales up to 150,000 SAR monthly.
• Additional 2% commission on amounts exceeding 150,000 SAR.
• Commissions calculated on collected amounts before VAT, according to company policy and profit margin conditions.
