Job Summary

This role involves developing and deploying AI and automation solutions within cybersecurity and risk management domains, focusing on secure and responsible AI practices and enabling teams to adopt these technologies effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with domain leads to identify and prioritize manual, repetitive, and high-volume tasks for AI and automation opportunities.
• Create a prioritized backlog of AI and automation use cases including expected time savings, risks, and effort estimates.
• Monitor AI advancements and share insights with the Innovation Guidance Team and program stakeholders.
• Design, build, and deploy AI and automation solutions such as evidence analysis, TPRM automation, vulnerability analytics, reporting automation, AI assistants, and anomaly detection.
• Develop data pipelines and integrate with security tools, GRC and TPRM platforms, ticketing systems, and Power BI.
• Apply appropriate technical approaches including rules, scripts, classical ML, or large language models (LLMs) based on problem requirements.
• Define and enforce standards for safe AI use, including data handling, human review, prompt and model security, and logging.
• Document solutions clearly, train specialists, measure adoption and time saved, and report outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, AI, or related field.
• Strong Python skills with experience deploying ML or LLM-based solutions beyond prototypes.
• Experience with ML and LLM frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms including Azure OpenAI/Azure AI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI and their APIs.
• Data engineering skills including SQL, pandas, and building data pipelines.
• Understanding of secure and responsible AI practices.
• Experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or risk domains.
• Integration experience with ServiceNow, Archer, OneTrust, or security tool APIs.
• Knowledge of MLOps tooling such as MLflow, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Saudi AI and data regulations including SDAIA AI Ethics Principles and PDPL.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Azure AI Engineer (AI-102), AWS Certified Machine Learning (Specialty or Engineer), Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer, or IAPP AIGP.
• Knowledge of NIST AI RMF 1.0, ISO/IEC 42001, SDAIA AI Ethics Principles, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, PDPL, and NCA ECC-2:2024.
