Job Summary

The AI Outcome Engineer in Forward Deployed Engineering at Google Cloud works closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure AI solutions are effectively integrated and delivered within customer environments, focusing on adoption and rapid activation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account teams and Practice Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to determine project feasibility and shape proposals for long-term adoption.
• Analyze code-level details to diagnose and resolve complex implementation issues and identify product bugs.
• Act as the main liaison to Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot deployment blockers and translate field feedback into feature requests.
• Lead implementation strategy by providing technical authority and architectural guidance, owning delivery alongside customer-facing teams.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
• Experience with technical delivery strategies and working with product or engineering organizations.
• Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Experience with enterprise integrations including APIs, enterprise content management systems, identity, Cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.

Nice to haves

• Experience working directly with core product or engineering teams on infrastructure or AI/ML model deployments, managing technical delivery strategies, and debugging systems.
