Job Summary

The AI Transformation Director leads the design and implementation of AI-driven transformation projects, focusing on strategy, execution, and optimization to integrate BEAMRA’s platform into business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI transformation initiatives from assessment to ongoing optimization.
• Define AI roadmaps and prioritize use cases aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to embed BEAMRA’s platform into core operations.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring measurable business outcomes are achieved.
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI usage.
• Coach teams and manage change and adoption processes.
• Continuously evaluate AI solution performance to enhance value.
• Balance hybrid work environment with on-site leadership in Riyadh and remote collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills in AI, data, and technology including experience with AI platforms and analytics.
• Strategic and operational expertise in business process optimization, roadmap development, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Project and program management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing timelines and budgets.
• Several years of experience in AI, digital, or business transformation leadership roles in technology-driven or platform-based organizations.
• Advanced degree in business, technology, data science, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid environments and fast-paced innovation settings.
• Must be a Saudi citizen or legal resident of Saudi Arabia.
