Job Summary

This role involves supporting the sales team, customers, and technology solutions through product demonstrations, system setup, technical troubleshooting, customer support, and pre-sales assistance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product and solution demonstrations for customers.
• Assist the sales team during customer meetings and technical discussions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Set up and configure hardware and software for demos and deployments.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot systems prior to customer delivery.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer issues.
• Work with products like POS systems, barcode printers, scanners, mobile computers, RFID devices, and related software.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for advanced technical support.

Requirements

• Technical background in IT, computer systems, electronics, networking, or related fields.
• Experience installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, IP configuration, and peripherals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and conduct demonstrations.
• Capable of explaining technical products in simple terms.
• Willingness to quickly learn new products and software.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with POS, barcode, mobility, printers, scanners, RFID, ERP, or retail technology is advantageous.
• Previous experience in technical support, implementation, pre-sales, or field support is preferred.
