Job Summary

The Technical Services Specialist based in Riyadh supports Abbott’s Core Diagnostic division by applying expertise in Medical Device Field Service to address technical issues and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Work independently as an experienced professional with limited supervision.
• Apply subject matter expertise in Medical Device Field Service.
• Analyze technical aspects of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements according to customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and determine solutions aligned with product and customer requirements.
• Recommend actions to company or customer representatives to coordinate product solutions.
• Assess product needs based on customer specifications.
• Conduct technical training and product briefings for customers, vendors, and company representatives.
• Serve as the local on-site representative to the customer’s organization members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
