Job Summary

The Consultant II role at F5 involves leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement complex technology solutions using F5 products, while providing strategic guidance and expertise to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in designing, developing, and implementing complex technology solutions with F5 products.
• Offer strategic advice and subject matter expertise on problem identification, system architecture, solution design, customization, implementation, testing, training, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Apply judgment to select appropriate methods and adapt complex techniques for technical solutions and advisory services.
• Determine procedures for new assignments and contribute to positive customer relationships through effective communication and successful solution delivery.
• Collaborate with Professional Services leaders to define and communicate strategic vision and roadmap for engagements by providing expertise and insights on industry trends and best practices.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants to promote a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• Ability to work on complex tasks with limited or no managerial instruction.

• Capability to select and improve tools and processes for efficient client engagements.
• Deep technical knowledge of F5 products and related technical tools and concepts.
