Job Summary

The Co-founder & CxO at Renti will lead the commercial strategy, regulatory compliance, funding, and business development to launch and scale the venture in residential and commercial real estate markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy and business plan for both residential and commercial real estate segments.
• Manage and grow Renti’s licensing and regulatory compliance within Saudi Arabia as the business expands.
• Lead business development efforts to secure partnerships with landlords, real estate platforms, employers, and HR SaaS providers.
• Utilize an existing network of real estate developers, brokers, and agents to promote early adoption and generate deal flow.
• Structure and negotiate financing partnerships involving business and retail financing models.
• Handle fundraising activities and represent Renti to investors, partners, and regulators.
• Establish and expand commercial, operations, and compliance teams as the venture grows.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO to align product development with market and regulatory needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a commercially strong operator in real estate, proptech, or related business development roles.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate real estate regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Possess a strong network of real estate brokers and agents applicable to the venture.
• Good understanding of financing structures, including business/SME and retail financing.
• Experience in negotiating and closing partnerships, preferably in real estate, fintech, or financial services.
• Effective communication skills with landlords, brokers, regulators, and investors.
• Currently based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.

Nice to haves

• Existing relationships with regulators or licensing bodies related to real estate or consumer financing in Saudi Arabia.
