Job Summary

This position is part of the Residential Business Unit at Qiddiya Investment Company, supporting senior leadership in planning the expansion of a large residential portfolio. The role focuses on providing market intelligence and quantitative analysis to guide product strategy, development phases, and investment decisions across multiple residential masterplans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and segment the Riyadh residential market to guide product rollout strategies.
• Track and report changes and trends in residential market dynamics, including regulatory, legal, and financing shifts.
• Identify high-value residential products to enhance marketability and returns.
• Develop and maintain supply and demand models for residential assets.
• Conduct scenario analyses related to residential demand.
• Perform high-level best-use analyses for various masterplans and plots.
• Prepare presentations for N-1 panels, management, and Board of Directors meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance preferred, engineering acceptable; MBA, Masters in Economics or Finance preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of management consulting or real estate consulting experience; 6+ years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate products through consulting or real estate value chain experience.
• Extensive experience working with supply and demand models.
• Experience creating highest and best use models and trade area assessments.
