Job Summary

This role involves independently performing maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections on Getinge products, supporting customers with service needs within a designated territory in Saudi Arabia, and coordinating work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections on Getinge products independently.
• Provide customer support for all service-related issues and document service activities.
• Serve as a medical device advisor in accordance with medical device regulations.
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal sales teams.
• Provide service coverage in neighboring territories when needed.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for customers.
• Manage quality system duties including service documentation and order processing.
• Ensure adherence to safety and health standards such as ISO, FDA, IEC, CE, and hospital protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate degree preferred in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunication.
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably with operation tables, surgical lights, pendants, tracking, and integrated workflow systems.
• Completed training as a mechatronics, electrical, medical, or power-electronics technician or equivalent.
• Professional experience as a service, medical, electrical, or electronics technician.
• Field service experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of electronics, medical technology, and IT systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• English language skills; Arabic is desirable.
• Flexibility, reliability, technical aptitude, and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work independently and as a committed team player with responsibility.
