Job Summary

The Senior Electrical BIM Engineer will be responsible for leading electrical BIM and design activities, focusing on electrical systems modeling and coordination using Revit MEP and Navisworks in projects based in Amman, Jordan.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical BIM and design tasks.
• Develop and coordinate electrical designs including LV/MV, Lighting, ELV systems.
• Create and review electrical shop drawings.
• Utilize Revit MEP for electrical modeling and design.
• Apply knowledge of Navisworks for project coordination.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, BS, or equivalent electrical standards.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively within the project team.
• Resolve technical problems related to electrical BIM and design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in Electrical BIM and design.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in Revit MEP and solid knowledge of Navisworks.
• Hands-on experience with LV/MV, Lighting, ELV, electrical design, and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with IEC, NEC, BS, or equivalent standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in large-scale or international projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dynamo/BIM automation is an advantage.
