Job Summary

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships after implementation, ensuring adoption of Globitel’s solutions, and driving retention and growth for assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete customer relationship post-implementation for assigned accounts.
• Develop strong connections with operational and senior customer stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews focusing on outcomes, performance, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure full adoption and effective use of Globitel’s solutions by customers.
• Create structured success plans aligned with customer goals and measurable results.
• Track usage, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities proactively.
• Support customer retention, contract renewals, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
• Experience with enterprise clients or complex B2B solutions.
• Strong commercial and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to work cross-functionally and take full ownership of customer outcomes.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
