Job Summary

The Service Sales Engineer supports service sales operations by negotiating contracts, ensuring renewals, and implementing strategies to increase Otis’s market share. The role also involves validating contract compliance during execution by the operations team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance contracts and negotiate agreements with clients under the guidance of the Manager – Service Sales.
• Estimate and provide quotations for repairs, unit upgrades, and modernization.
• Negotiate maintenance contract renewals with clients, addressing potential risks.
• Ensure critical contract actions, including special contracts, are managed to reduce Otis’s contractual risk.
• Implement sales strategies to recover lost units and pursue favorable unit recovery terms.
• Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and understanding client needs.
• Coordinate with Aftermarket and Service Departments to ensure contract terms are fulfilled.
• Assist Finance in timely payment collection according to contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales operations within construction or engineering.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is preferred.
