Job Summary

This internship role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights and creating Power BI dashboards within the Strategic Marketing department at Pharma International Company in Amman.

Responsibilities

• Gather and combine data from Excel, databases, ERP, CRM, and market research sources
• Clean, validate, and standardize large datasets while contributing to data quality and governance standards
• Analyze business performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Create interactive, executive-level Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports
• Support analytics related to market, sales, financial, and operational areas with actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or Mathematics
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI
• Experience in data modeling, visualization, and dashboard development
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to clearly communicate data findings to non-technical audiences
