Job Summary

The Product Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s aesthetic medical devices to both new and existing customers through regular visits. The role also includes after-sales support such as conducting in-service training and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to identify or create customer needs for Imdad products and keep customers informed about product updates.
• Arrange appointments and meet with current and potential customers to promote products and explore new opportunities.
• Develop new client business accounts.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations at customer sites, employing negotiation and sales closing techniques.
• Gather and update detailed information about prospects and clients, including ownership, physicians, equipment, and contact details.
• Submit weekly sales and marketing reports promptly.
• Assist in following up on accounts receivable related to sales.
• Maintain excellent relationships with key decision makers, doctors, and customer personnel to enhance customer relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, or a related scientific field.
• 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales; experience in Dermatology is a plus.
• Driving license and car.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Effective time management, organizational, multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
