Job Summary

The IT Manager is responsible for managing all technical aspects that ensure Think AI’s operations run smoothly, including hardware, software, network, security, and employee tools. This role involves building and deploying internal systems and operating the company’s datacenter.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end user and endpoint experience, including laptop provisioning, MDM enrollment, identity and MFA, onboarding, offboarding, and daily support.
• Administer corporate SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and Zoom, handling access, groups, licensing, SSO, security, and audits.
• Oversee the office network infrastructure including switches, WiFi, firewall, VPN, cabling, DNS, meeting room AV, printers, and VoIP.
• Build and deploy Think AI Nodes from bare chassis to production-ready systems, including hardware assembly, firmware and BIOS provisioning, OS imaging, and validation.
• Operate the 30 kW datacenter at headquarters, managing thermals, power, network health, firmware updates, spare parts, RMAs, and hardware replacements.
• Manage IT security operations such as patch management, backup verification, log monitoring, endpoint protection, and incident response in coordination with Legal.
• Maintain technical facilities including security cameras, badge and access control, meeting room AV, and VoIP configuration.
• Automate manual IT processes and handle vendor management, procurement, licensing, and renewals.

Must haves

• 7+ years of hands-on IT experience covering endpoints, network, SaaS administration, and security.
• Practical experience building servers including GPU installation, memory and storage population, cabling, firmware, BIOS, BMC, and OS provisioning.
• Proficiency in scripting with at least two of bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 at company scale, including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle automation.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals such as switching, routing, firewall rules, WiFi design, VPN, and DNS.
• Native Arabic and fluent English language skills.

Nice to haves

• Experience supporting GPU or AI compute environments.
• Hands-on experience with liquid-cooled or high-density rack deployments.
• Cybersecurity certifications like Security+ or CISSP.
• Previous experience working in a startup scaling from early to growth stage.
