Job Summary

This role supports EY’s Business Consulting team by working with a Strategic Operations Office to enhance portfolio performance through data analysis, executive reporting, and digital tool development. It involves close collaboration with client leadership and requires frequent travel and secondment-style assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, validation, structuring, and analysis for portfolio and initiative performance from various sources.
• Design, develop, test, document, and maintain custom digital tools for managing initiative and portfolio performance.
• Create solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Apps and Power Automate or similar low-code platforms.
• Convert business needs into digital workflows, automated processes, data models, and user-friendly tools.
• Develop executive dashboards, management reports, and presentations that simplify complex data into actionable insights.
• Define and uphold portfolio KPIs, reporting standards, data governance, and controls to enhance management information quality.
• Conduct trend, variance, scenario, and root-cause analyses to identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and improvement areas.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify data needs, resolve quality issues, and support timely reporting cycles.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, data management, digital enablement, portfolio reporting, transformation, consulting, or related areas.
• Experience designing, coding, implementing, and maintaining digital tools using Microsoft Power Platform or equivalent low-code platforms.
• Strong skills in executive reporting and dashboard creation to translate complex data into leadership insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to travel frequently, including extended client site assignments.

Nice to haves

• Experience in utilities or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience supporting Strategic Operations, transformation, strategy offices, PMOs, or enterprise portfolio functions.
• Knowledge of data governance, workflow automation, SQL, APIs, or Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or secondment-style client assignments and Arabic language skills.
