Job Summary

This role involves working closely with pursuit teams and leadership to design and deliver complex customer transformation programs. The position focuses on pre-sales technical expertise in public cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premises modernization solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative solution architecture and technical sales support for customer opportunities.
• Translate customer business needs into scalable, cost-effective technical architectures.
• Design architectures for public cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure), hybrid, and multi-cloud environments including governance and automation.
• Develop architecture documents, bills of materials, migration plans, and solution descriptions.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and whiteboarding with customers.
• Architect modernization solutions for legacy on-premises infrastructure including servers, virtualization, storage, network, security, and containers.
• Develop cloud migration strategies such as re-hosting, re-platforming, re-factoring, and consolidation.
• Engage with CxO-level and IT leaders to discuss IT strategy and cloud adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years in systems integration with hands-on hybrid infrastructure experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Solution Architect in pre-sales, consulting, or architecture roles.
• Experience designing and selling cloud, hybrid, and infrastructure modernization solutions.
• Technical expertise in GCP, AWS, Azure, Oracle, IBM Public Cloud architectures and hybrid cloud integration.
• Knowledge of traditional infrastructure components including virtualization, storage, networks, and security.
• Familiarity with container platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and EKS.
• Experience with automation and DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, with ability to engage C-suite and technical teams.
• Preferred certifications include GCP Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, VMware, Cisco, Red Hat, storage vendor certifications, or TOGAF.
