مهندس إنشائي أول/مساعد (Principal/Associate Structural Engineer)

Job Summary

This role involves working as a structural engineer in Riyadh, contributing to the design of innovative and sustainable structural projects across various sectors. The position includes preparing detailed structural calculations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural calculations for multiple materials using appropriate software.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from various disciplines including CAD technicians and engineers.
• Work on projects in sectors such as Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Retail, and Critical Systems.
• Develop creative design solutions for steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry structures.
• Support and work towards professional development and Chartership.
• Monitor and review the work of engineers and technicians.
• Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Chartered or actively working towards chartership (MIStructE).
• 8 to 12 years of postgraduate experience in a similar consultancy role.
• Proficiency in design and modelling software such as Etabs, Safe, SAP, Robot, Prokon, and IDEA StatiCa.
• Experience preparing structural calculations, design reports, and presentations.
• Knowledge of Building Codes for UAE/KSA and international codes.
• Experience monitoring and verifying the work of engineers and technicians.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with parametric design and associated programs is advantageous.
