Job Summary
The Junior DevOps Engineer will support deployment, monitoring, automation, and maintenance of production environments using DevOps tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support deployment and maintenance of applications in various environments.
- Monitor live applications and production systems.
- Manage Docker containers and assist with Kubernetes operations.
- Support test automation and automated testing processes.
- Monitor application performance and detect issues.
- Perform Linux (Ubuntu) administration and troubleshooting.
- Resolve issues related to applications, deployments, and environments.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to improve DevOps processes.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in DevOps, IT Operations, or related technical roles.
- Practical knowledge of DevOps concepts and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes (K8s).
- Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting.
- Experience with Test Automation.
- Basic understanding of monitoring and logging concepts.
- Good Bash/Shell scripting skills.
- Experience with Linux, preferably Ubuntu.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
