قائد إدارة المعرفة (Knowledge Management Lead, MELA)

Job Summary

The Knowledge Management Lead will provide technical leadership for Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning services within the Jordan MELA team. This role involves designing and implementing knowledge management systems and overseeing data management, analysis, and visualization to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes to capture lessons learned, best practices, and evidence products across the Jordan portfolio.
• Coordinate with technical staff to ensure data visualization products meet user needs and are clear and useful.
• Support the creation of learning agendas, knowledge-sharing products, and decision-support materials.
• Facilitate or support knowledge-sharing sessions, internal learning events, and dissemination activities.
• Establish feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to monitor KMOL system effectiveness and usage.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director and technical leads to integrate knowledge management with monitoring, evaluation, learning, and capacity strengthening.
• Ensure version control, documentation, and quality assurance for KMOL products and platforms.
• Lead the design and implementation of KMOL services and oversee staff responsible for data management, analysis, and visualization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred in knowledge management, information science, communications, international development, public policy, social sciences, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, data visualization, information systems, research management, or related MEL work.
• Experience designing and managing knowledge management systems, learning agendas, or institutional learning processes.
• Experience overseeing data management, analysis, visualization, dashboards, or related information products.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage complex information and produce user-friendly products.
• Experience facilitating collaboration across technical teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MEL systems, evidence use, and donor-funded programming is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in Jordan and/or the MENA region is strongly preferred.
• Strong project management, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic are required.
