Job Summary

The Service Sales Engineer (Saudi Nationals) based in Riyadh is responsible for driving service sales including repair and maintenance contracts, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the HVAC sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and proposals for service sales inquiries such as repair and maintenance contracts.
• Lead negotiations to achieve optimal profit margins.
• Consistently meet sales metrics and annual order booking targets.
• Manage existing customers and develop new ones to grow service revenue.
• Provide professional proposals, offerings, and technical support related to digitalized services.
• Responsible for payment collection from customers.
• Ensure proper acquisition of sales opportunities and achievement of financial targets.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts based on service requirements and present them to management.
• Execute scheduled customer visits to increase sales, market share, product awareness, and customer education.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering) or MBA.
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC sales experience.
• Experience selling service contracts and service sales within the region.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Valid driving licence.
