Job Summary

This role supports technology-driven operations by acting as a liaison between Operations, Product, and Tech teams to ensure smooth launches and stable workflows, enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness and support launch activities to ensure workflows, tools, and processes operate correctly.
• Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Operations teams to diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Perform structured testing and validate process accuracy before launch, identifying any gaps.
• Support data validation related to operational workflows and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fix defects and prepare for go-live.
• Monitor post-launch performance, escalate issues, and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Identify recurring issues, suggest long-term solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders by providing updates, documentation, and status reports.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent; or in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical support, engineering, or operations environment.
• Experience with data analysis using MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Nice to haves
