Job Summary

The Venture Manager at Sanabil Studio leads the creation and growth of new ventures from initial concept through launch and early scaling, managing teams and strategic direction to build scalable businesses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of new ventures including opportunity identification, validation, prototype launch, go-to-market, and early scaling.
• Identify and prioritize venture opportunities aligned with strategic priorities and market trends.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and validation to evaluate commercial viability.
• Develop strategies, business models, monetization plans, operating procedures, and scalable market approaches.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Growth, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth venture execution.
• Define and monitor KPIs, growth metrics, unit economics, and experiment results to guide decisions.
• Prepare investment documents, business cases, strategic advice, and updates for stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and execution plans across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 8 years of experience in venture building, startups, strategy consulting, venture capital, product, or innovation roles.
• Experience leading zero-to-one initiatives, launching products or ventures in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Background in venture-backed startups, top consulting firms, venture capital funds, or venture studios.
• Strong analytical skills including building business cases, financial models, operating plans, and strategic recommendations.
• Knowledge of lean startup and agile methodologies applied in operational environments.
• Execution-oriented with ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
