Job Summary

The Applications/Systems Engineer supports the delivery of high-quality application assistance and customer service for Roche’s product portfolio, working closely with sales and field service teams to provide valuable service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality application support aligned with client needs and business goals
• Use established systems and methods to maintain excellent client satisfaction
• Continuously develop professional knowledge across assigned product lines
• Provide operational coverage during core and extended hours per service agreements
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives based on customer satisfaction and stakeholder feedback
• Perform formal system commissioning, technical configuration, and user training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory, Biochemical or equivalent
• Minimum two years of practical application experience in IVD or medical device industry
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Arabic or other local spoken languages are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
