Job Summary

The Onboarding Specialist at Qahwa works directly with coffee shop operators to ensure a smooth onboarding process by delivering, installing, configuring, training, and fully onboarding customers on the Qahwa platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding and implementation projects from start to go-live.
• Install, configure, and deploy Qahwa POS and related solutions.
• Provide both in-person and remote training sessions for customers and their teams.
• Assist customers with setup, best practices, and operational workflows.
• Ensure customers are fully prepared for a successful launch.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with internal teams as needed.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor during onboarding.
• Document customer requirements, implementation progress, and training results.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in implementation and training of F&B technology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-facing abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in restaurants, cafés, hospitality, or retail technology is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when necessary.
