Job Summary

The Research & Business Development Manager at Mii in Riyadh leads market research initiatives while driving client relationships and business growth through successful project conversions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships from initial contact through project completion and follow-up.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities leveraging a professional network.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, respond to RFPs, and participate in tenders for government and private sectors.
• Oversee research projects ensuring quality, timelines, and client expectations are met.
• Lead and develop a small research team.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative research methodologies including sampling, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.
• Achieve business development, client acquisition, and sales/revenue targets.
• Utilize strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field; master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in market research, insights, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market with experience working with government and private-sector organizations.
• Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and meeting sales/revenue targets.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals and participating in tenders.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
