Job Summary

This role involves designing and delivering integrated industrial automation and enterprise software solutions that connect operational technology (OT) with information technology (IT). It focuses on creating scalable, reliable, and secure digital architectures to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes in various sectors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business and technical needs to design comprehensive automation and digital architectures integrating OT and IT.
• Create solution blueprints, system architectures, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Define architectures for cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and on-premises deployments.
• Configure, customize, and deploy software applications, including developing use cases, workflows, dashboards, reports, and business processes.
• Perform software testing, validation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate various enterprise software platforms such as SCADA, DMS/ADMS, EMS, APM, EAM, GIS, IoT, ERP, CMMS, cloud, and analytics.
• Engage with customers through workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical presentations, and support proposal and bid preparations.
• Design digital transformation and analytics solutions including predictive maintenance, AI, machine learning, and digital twins.
• Support project delivery activities including FAT, SAT, deployment, training, and customer acceptance.
• Recruit, manage, and develop team members, ensuring performance assessments and adherence to company policies.
• Take full responsibility for operations, anticipate problems, and make timely decisions.
• Deliver results on time with required quality and cost, exceeding business expectations.
• Translate corporate goals into business plans, monitor performance, control budgets, and report progress.
• Develop organizational structure and job descriptions aligned with current and future needs.
• Develop and promote well-defined systems, policies, procedures, and automation opportunities.
• Ensure quality as a competitive advantage and adapt to new technologies and business models.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
• 6 to 10 years of work experience.
• Knowledge in production testing, power system modeling, power system planning, data center production environment planning, and systems engineering.
