Job Summary

This role is for a co-founder to lead sales and marketing for an early-stage AI vision company in Jordan, focusing on commercial growth and market development.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by securing the first paid site and subsequent ten sites, managing the entire sales pipeline.
• Manage deal origination including site walkthroughs, offers, and navigating legal and IT security reviews.
• Decide on the appropriate pricing model among three existing options.
• Develop marketing strategies including positioning, creating Arabic and English collateral, and generating case studies.
• Establish partnerships with camera installers and system integrators targeting relevant facilities.
• Determine which markets to enter next and prioritize their order.

Requirements

• Experience closing deals with manufacturing, industrial, or logistics companies in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, or the UAE.
• Established network of plant managers, operations directors, and safety leaders accessible for contact.
• Proven success in managing deals through long procurement cycles and IT reviews.
• Arabic as a first language and working proficiency in English.
• Comfortable selling technology and open to learning its workings.
