Job Summary

The ERP Application Specialist is responsible for supporting, configuring, optimizing, and continuously improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role collaborates with various departments to ensure ERP processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows to support Business Process Re-Engineering.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis and conduct configuration workshops and process review sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into system design, configuration, and ERP solutions by working with users, IT, consultants, and suppliers.
• Lead internal workshops and training sessions to enhance user proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements, Fit-Gap, configuration, test scripts, training materials, and user manuals.
• Manage communication and coordination between business users and external ERP suppliers or consultants.
• Participate in future rollouts of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO ERP across MS Pharma business units.
• Provide ERP support such as issue analysis, troubleshooting, release updates, change request management, and follow-up on bug fixes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and related business applications.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
