Job Summary

The Sales Engineer at Prokey Contracting in Riyadh is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting technical solutions related to flooring, waterproofing, concrete repair, and decorative finishing. The role involves client interaction, technical consultation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate solution design and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and customers.
• Prepare technical proposals and present solutions to clients.
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and provide consultations.
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for solution design and pricing.
• Follow up on bids and negotiate contracts within approved guidelines.
• Support project handover to execution teams.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
• Assist with after-sales inquiries to maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering including solution selling and technical proposal preparation.
• Technical support knowledge of flooring, waterproofing, concrete repair, and decorative finishing systems.
• Minimum two years of experience in related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, including presentations and stakeholder coordination.
• Sales and customer service skills such as lead management, relationship building, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management is highly beneficial.
• Experience in contracting, building materials, or construction projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, valid local driving license, and willingness to conduct regular client visits and site meetings.
