Job Summary

The Key Service Account Manager maintains customer relationships, recommends service upgrades, and resolves technical issues through collaboration with internal teams. The role drives strategic enhancements to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize service delivery aligned with business needs and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical interface between the organization and customers
• Provide technical support for pre-sales and post-sales processes
• Resolve technical issues reported by customers and collaborate with internal teams on resolutions
• Provide executive-level status reports internally and to customers
• Develop and deliver technical training sessions to maximize customer understanding of products and services
• Identify opportunities for technical support enhancements to meet customer needs and maintain competitive advantage
• Establish feedback loops with customers to gather insights on experiences, pain points, and improvement suggestions
• Implement quality assurance measures and utilize data analytics to drive service improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in related discipline
• Prior experience in technical account management in telecommunication
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Technology
• Knowledge of ICT and Telco products
• Customer relations skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Cisco Certified Technician (CCT)
• Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
