Job Summary

The System Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Asset Management (ITAM) solutions using ManageEngine Service Manager. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers, and advancing ITSM and ITAM practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of ITSM and ITAM solution deployment, including requirements gathering, design, deployment, and support.
• Design scalable and robust ITSM and ITAM architectures tailored to enterprise client needs.
• Establish and maintain ITIL-based processes for incident, change, asset, and service catalog management.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies in ITSM and ITAM using automation and analytics to enhance workflows and service delivery.
• Monitor emerging technologies and trends in ITSM and ITAM to assess their impact on solutions and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least one year of experience in implementing and supporting ITSM and ITAM solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and possession of ITIL Foundation v4 certification.
• Experience in architecting and deploying ITSM and ITAM solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
