Job Summary

The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Sanabil Studio will co-found and lead ventures across various sectors, taking validated business ideas from concept to live, scaling operations while owning their functional area.

Responsibilities

• Co-found a venture aligned with your expertise within Sanabil Studio.
• Develop a validated business thesis into a live, licensed, and growing company.
• Manage your function end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and outcomes.
• Build and lead the founding team within your function.
• Collaborate with co-founders to define the venture’s strategy, culture, and operating rhythm.
• Act as the venture’s representative to Sanabil Studio leadership and partners.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in areas like sales, marketing, product management, technology, finance, risk, or operations.
• Experience building something from zero as a founder, early team member, or launching a new business line.
• A verifiable track record of accomplishments, beyond mere exposure.
• Leadership experience managing a team or owning a business line.
• Comfortable with zero-to-one stages: building lean, iterating quickly, and personally executing work before team formation.
• Fluent in Arabic and English and based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

Nice to haves

• Previous founder experience.
• Direct experience working with SAMA, CMA, REGA, SIMAH, Nafath, or ZATCA.
• Existing network within your sector.
