Job Summary

This role is responsible for the architecture and design of the Siebel CRM platform and its integrations, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of solutions for CRM, customer care, and customer experience, utilizing Siebel as appropriate.
• Collect and analyze business requirements, customer journeys, and operational demands.
• Convert requirements into detailed functional and technical solution designs.
• Define CRM process flows, customer data models, business rules, and interaction frameworks.
• Design integrations between CRM and systems such as billing, order management, digital channels, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop reusable design patterns, standards, and address non-functional requirements.
• Evaluate solution alternatives and document architectural decisions, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Review developer outputs to ensure they conform to approved designs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Siebel CRM (Siebel IP 2017+ / Open UI), preferably in the telecom sector.
• Knowledge of Siebel EAI, Workflow, eScript, and Configurator.
• Familiarity with integration patterns including OSB, web services, and REST.
• Experience with Oracle Database and SQL.
• Understanding of telecom order-to-cash processes.
