Job Summary

This role focuses on expanding the Acute Care Informatics (ACI) solutions in the META region by providing expert clinical knowledge throughout the sales process and supporting business strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical expertise and assist Sales Specialists in securing new Acute Care Informatics opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and engage in detailed discussions to highlight product benefits to potential customers.
• Recommend optimal product configurations tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with non-ACI sellers to co-sell and extend the ACI portfolio to wider Philips enterprise clients.
• Train channel partners and non-specialist sellers on product value to aid lead generation and qualification.
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals on Philips’ applications and clinical best practices.
• Lead initiatives to enhance clinical workflows and operational efficiency through advanced application use aligned with customer goals.
• Work with regional business leaders to implement business unit sales initiatives and support order funnel management to meet targets.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Nursing experience in acute care settings such as ICU, ED, or OT.
• Knowledge of clinical decision support tools, ICU protocols, bundles, and scores.
• Understanding of clinical workflows, patient monitoring, ICU data aggregation, dashboards, reporting, and device integration.
• Experience in Healthcare IT providing clinical and technical expertise during sales.
• Ability to manage a software sales funnel and prioritize opportunities to achieve results.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with key decision makers including C-suite.
• Effective communication skills and ability to explain technical software or medical products to diverse customers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software.
• Quality-first and patient safety mindset.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to haves

• Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).
• Skills in regulatory compliance, data analysis, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, training delivery, requirements gathering, technical documentation, technical presentations, and market research.
