Job Summary

The Senior Manager Business Analysis at Riyadh Air leads the analysis, design, and enhancement of business and technology capabilities to support strategic outcomes and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, validation, and prioritisation of business and technology requirements.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, architects, developers, technology partners, and vendors to assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Analyse current and future operating models to identify improvement opportunities and define transformation requirements.
• Drive organisational change through technology adoption and process optimisation.
• Influence application roadmaps, enterprise technology initiatives, and infrastructure modernisation programmes.
• Provide strategic leadership in governance, operational process improvement, service performance, KPI monitoring, and technology service management.
• Support data-driven decision making and operational excellence across the organisation.
• Lead and influence senior stakeholders and high-performing teams to deliver transformational outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with at least 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Technology Transformation, Operational Technology, or related fields.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex initiatives.
• Expertise in business requirements analysis, process transformation, gap analysis, business intelligence, data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience in enterprise-wide transformation programmes and technology modernisation initiatives.
• Knowledge of operational performance management, business intelligence platforms, and data-driven decision making in complex organisations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Capability to lead teams through change with a focus on customer outcomes and continuous improvement.
