EPM Developer

Job Summary

The EPM Developer role at LotFair in Riyadh involves designing, building, and maintaining Enterprise Performance Management solutions to support financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that enhance financial and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective EPM solutions.
• Support business analysis, solution design, implementation, and testing activities.
• Develop and maintain planning, reporting, and analytics applications using the Board platform.
• Participate in client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation and project deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices initiatives.
• Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer.

Must haves

• Saudi National status (no expatriates).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Finance, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience in Consulting, Business Analysis, EPM, BI, Analytics, or Enterprise Applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of SQL, Power BI, databases, and data analysis concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to haves

• Exposure to Board, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Oracle, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Experience in Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, or Planning domains.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Internship or project experience in consulting or enterprise solutions.
